Refund and Returns Policy
Eligibility for Return/Refund
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and tags.
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Request: Submit a return request via contacting support email support@namo-bharat.com
- Confirmation: Await confirmation and return instructions from our team.
- Shipping: Send the item back using the provided shipping label or as instructed.
- Inspection: On receiving the item, our team will inspect it for compliance with return conditions.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 30 days. If the original payment method is either cash or if it’s unavailable, we’ll offer store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days for a free return and exchange/refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items like item1, item2, item3, etc., are non-returnable.
